At Noor Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Contact us at our social medias or on our contact section with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? No problem! Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
